Dean of Education jobs in Pueblo, CO
Dean of Education manages administrative functions of the college of education. Develops college strategic initiatives and participates in university long-term planning and policy setting. Being a Dean of Education leads college in fundraising and cultivating relationships with donors. Provides senior level administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Additionally, Dean of Education requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Dean of Education manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Dean of Education typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Job Description :
Teaching hours : up to 20 hours per week
Contract length : 10 or 22 months
Teach students ages 3 to 18 years old
Working hours from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
- Monday to Friday classes with evenings and weekends off
- Deliver learner centered, engaging lessons to all students
- Ensure equal participation of all students
- Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Actively participate in professional development workshops and activities
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree required (Early Childhood Education preferred)
- TEFL certificate preferred
- Two years Kindergarten teaching experiences preferred
- Enthusiastic, friendly, flexible, team players who love working with kids
Benefits :
Excellent salary : 12,000 20,000 RMB per month (based on qualifications and experience)

Flight allowance : 6,000 RMB for teachers abroad or 3,000rmb for teachers in China

Training : 2 to 3 days of training in the head office in Hangzhou
