As a Jewelry Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their jewelry needs. Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various jewelry pieces
- Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized jewelry display area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with current jewelry trends and industry knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner

- Locate and ticket clearance and sale items

-Perform back office duties

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly display area
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Bilingual abilities (preferred) to assist customers from diverse backgrounds
- Previous experience in jewelry sales (preferred)
- Knowledge of electronics sales or technology sales (preferred)
- Ability to perform product demos to showcase the features of jewelry items
- Proficiency in operating a cash register
