Order Management tasks:
1. Oversee the entire order processing workflow, including order entry, order confirmation, and order status tracking.
2. Ensure that all customer orders are accurately and promptly processed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Collaborate with management, customer service, and warehouse teams to coordinate and communicate order-related information.
4. Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies.
5. Implement and maintain order tracking systems to monitor order status, shipping, and delivery.
6. Address and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to their orders.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the order management workflow.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements that streamline processes and increase efficiency.
9. Other duties as assigned based on business needs.
