Responsibilities

• Conducting precise measurements of customers for size and marking areas on garments that require alterations.
• Performing and completing customer fittings in a timely manner, ensuring all alterations adhere to the highest quality standards.
• Meeting department and individual productivity goals while adhering to established processes and procedures.
• Utilizing our state-of-the-art store technology to manage and organize customer alteration needs.
• Collaborating with the Store Team to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.
• Educating customers and fellow employees on proper fit, style, construction, and fashion trends in a professional and friendly manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of fitting, tailoring, and sewing experience.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both coworkers and customers.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing and pressing machinery, as well as standard alterations equipment.
• Flexibility to adapt to a variable working schedule based on business needs.
