Dean of Fine Arts manages administrative functions of the college of fine arts. Develops college strategic initiatives and participates in university long-term planning and policy setting. Being a Dean of Fine Arts leads college in fundraising and cultivating relationships with donors. Provides senior level administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Additionally, Dean of Fine Arts requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Dean of Fine Arts manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Dean of Fine Arts typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Join our team of martial arts professionals working at our eight successful locations and two new locations opening in 2024. We're looking for Assistant Instructors and Lead Instructors for our kids and adult classes.
We teach contemporary mixed martial arts to kids and adults in a traditional family martial arts setting. Will consider training the right people with outgoing personalities and genuine care for people. Prior teaching experience and an eclectic background in Muay Thai kickboxing, BJJ, traditional karate/TKD preferred.
Available part-time shifts M-F 3-8, Sat 9-4, Sunday 10-1. Fulltime, 40 hour career track positions available for the right candidates as well.
