The Band Tech assists the Band Director with woodwinds, brass, percussion, colorguard or visual needs. Duties include running sectionals, rehearsals, 1 on 1 teaching and anything the Director deems fit for the skills of the Tech. The applicant might need to advise the Director as needed, but follow the Director's expectations, decisions, and example. They must maintain professional demeanor at all times around the students.
