Job Description:
As the Fine Arts Summer Camp Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the artistic journey of our campers. We are seeking an individual with a passion for theater and visual arts, coupled with a knack for working with children. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute engaging lessons that ignite creativity and spark imagination.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop a dynamic curriculum that integrates theater and visual arts activities, catering to the interests and skill levels of campers.
Lead daily camp sessions, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where campers feel encouraged to explore their artistic talents.
Organize and oversee the implementation of creative projects, ensuring that each camper receives personalized attention and guidance.
Collaborate with fellow staff members to coordinate special events, performances, and showcases to celebrate the campers' achievements.
Supervise campers during breaks and recreational activities, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment at all times.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on camp activities and addressing any concerns or questions promptly.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in theater and visual arts instruction or related fields.
