Dean of Fine Arts manages administrative functions of the college of fine arts. Develops college strategic initiatives and participates in university long-term planning and policy setting. Being a Dean of Fine Arts leads college in fundraising and cultivating relationships with donors. Provides senior level administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Additionally, Dean of Fine Arts requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Dean of Fine Arts manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Dean of Fine Arts typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. ARTS IN MOTION is a quickly growing creative performing arts studio located in Spartanburg, SC. We are looking to expand our amazing team of teachers, as we continue to grow our program offerings.
We are a non-competitive, performance based studio and believe strongly that the creative and performing arts is for everyone. We are seeking like- minded individuals that see value in teaching creative and performing arts to children of all ages and abilities, and who are looking to grow their career within our company.
Candidates should be able to work within a structured framework to provide excellent dance training and an amazing class experience to all students.
The ideal candidate is: energetic, teachable, responsible, self-motivated, a team player
Hourly pay rate is competitive and dependent on experience. Full time teaching hours will be available in the future.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
