Experience and Education

Preferred Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree with at least three (3) years related executive-level administrative support experience.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent teamwork, time management, attention to detail & organizational skills.
• Multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced-level Excel PowerPoint, & Word.
• Basic knowledge of accounting & financials.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent grammar (editing experience a plus).
• Calendar management.

Job Duties

• Provide direct administrative support to the Dean of the office, Director & administrative supervisor.
• Provide support for new initiatives and ongoing projects.
• Prepare special projects including data compilation for student surveys.
• Prepare and provide budget & financials support.
• Assist with planning and participate in student events & courses.
• Assist with daily office operations to include cross-training with other administrative staff.
• Other duties & responsibilities as assigned.
