The Graduate Nurse (LPN) Program is a comprehensive program for new graduate nurses with less than six (6) months of experience.
The program serves to educate, train, support and evaluate nurses who have graduated from a NLN-AC or CCNE Accredited Nursing Program and are eligible to take the NCLEX exam within the next three (3) months.
The Graduate Nurse provides treatments and services to patients in accordance with the states Board of Nursing regulations only under the guidance and supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
Learns the processes of how to develop, implement and update individualized plans of care for patients in partnership with the patient, caregivers and physician, and identify patient-specific measurable outcomes and goals.
