Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings
- Assist with proofreading and transcribing documents as needed
- Provide administrative support to various departments as assigned

Requirements:
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required
