Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operational Manager to oversee the daily operations of our law firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative and operational functions of the firm, ensuring efficiency and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the law firm
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Monitor and manage firm resources, including finances and personnel
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and standards
• Oversee administrative staff and support personnel
• Coordinate with legal staff to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Handle client inquiries and complaints as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a law firm or legal setting
• Strong knowledge of legal practices and procedures
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,011.00 - $98,276.00 per year
