Dean of Law jobs in Springfield, MA

The Law Offices of Joseph D. Bernard, P.C., a leading OUI defense firm in Massachusetts, seeks a full-time professional summer law clerk to support our criminal law practice. This position would include:

• Drafting documents to be sent to clients and courts;
• Extensive client communication;
• Legal research and drafting motions;
• Working closely with our associate attorneys;
• Assisting with various writing projects;
• Providing overall staff support;
• Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate would be a current law school student, or an undergraduate interested in law school, with an interest in legal research and writing. Specifically, this candidate would be able to assist with providing written work for the Massachusetts Practice: Drunk Driving Defense treatise and/or the Massachusetts Practice: Marijuana and the Law treatise. The candidate should be able to independently manage multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented atmosphere and work as part of the team.
