Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Provides leadership and guidance in the management of advisement issues for students by assigning student advisors and monitoring the number of advisees for faculty members. Participates in College, community, and professional development activities including Dean's Director's Council, AMT, and peer groups. Manages instructional management functions including classroom facilities. Monitors assessment of program outcomes. Manages outreach classes and distance education delivery.
