Dean of Pharmacy manages administrative functions of the college of pharmacy. Develops college strategic initiatives and participates in university long-term planning and policy setting. Being a Dean of Pharmacy leads college in fundraising and cultivating relationships with donors. Provides senior level administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Additionally, Dean of Pharmacy requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Dean of Pharmacy manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Dean of Pharmacy typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     Job Requirements

    -Accurately count

    -Label bottles

    -Process insurance claims

    - Accurate data input into pharmacy software (prescription, medical and billing info)

    -Comply with HIPPA, State and Federal regulations

    -A Customer service, greet customers

    -Operate cash drawer and make change accurately

    Requirements

    -18

    -Pharmacy Technician certification preferred

    -High school diploma/GED

    -Team player

    -Flexible schedule(some evening and weekend hours)

    - Effective communication skills

    -Retail experience a plus

    - Ability to complete certification or license depending upon state requirements

    -RX30 software knowledge a plus but not required

    - Standing / walking for an extended period of time.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
