Being a Dean of Pharmacy leads college in fundraising and cultivating relationships with donors. Provides senior level administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Additionally, Dean of Pharmacy requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Dean of Pharmacy manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. We are currently seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Mint Hill, NC.
· Approximately 40 hours or more per week, potential for overtime if requested.
. Only 4 days Monday through Friday
· Pharmacy hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm (on average)
· Closed weekends and major holidays
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Hands-on role in the compounding department, assisting master technicians
· Display commitment to GPS's mission and values
· Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
· Learn and demonstrate new techniques while maintaining accuracy, proficiency, organization, and neatness
· Handle hazardous chemicals (per USP Chapter 800)
· Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a positive attitude
· Work individually and as part of a team
· Perform various tasks as needed, including cleaning and housekeeping duties
· Follow daily rotation/workflow and move around all stations of the pharmacy as necessary
· Develop problem-solving skills, effective oral communication skills, and multitasking abilities
· Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions
· Ability to record and transfer information accurately
· Proficient computer skills
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace
