Pharmacy Technician

Skills/Qualifications:

-High School diploma or equivalent

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining compliance in procedures and safety of patient information.

Excellent customer service and communication skills a must

Basic PC skills required

Maintaining pharmacy inventory

Duties included but not limited to:

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting the pharmacists and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently

-Prepare prescription orders and ensure proper labeling and packaging

-Maintain inventory and tract medication stock levels

-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

-Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and insurance billing

-Adhere to pharmacy regulations, safety standards, and HIPPA guidelines

-Follow-up with healthcare center or pharmacist with customer requests in prompt manner if it cannot be done immediately.

-Completes all work in accordance with set delivery schedule and before end of day*

Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
