Being a Dean of Sciences leads college in fundraising and cultivating relationships with donors. Provides senior level administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Additionally, Dean of Sciences requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Dean of Sciences manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. The Channel Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of all marketing initiatives across the veterinary channel with the goal of driving increased sales and share expansion. The scope of this role includes strategic planning, channel enablement, program development and oversight, and commercialization of key new products within the channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal healthcare or the veterinary sciences industry and preferably a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DMV) or Veterinary Technicians degree.
