An innovative, highly respected psychiatry practice located in Sioux City, Iowa seeks additional Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or LMFT (Licensed Marriage Family Therapist) to join our expanding team. Dr. Dean and Associates has been providing the full spectrum of mental health services to residents of the Siouxland region since 1995. Features include:

• Join a private psychiatry practice that provides children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of mental health services, including individual and group therapy.
• Seeking to provide more services for children ages 5 and up and working with Couples.
• Practice in a state-of-the-art facility that utilizes the latest technology to improve the lives of our patients.
• Trans-cranial magnetic therapy (TMS) is available. Spravato (esketamine) treatments and a full in house Pharmacy.
• Our collegial team includes an outstanding staff of: 3 psychiatrists, 1 Physician Assistants, 1 PMHNP, 2 Therapists and 3 nurses.
• The practice has extraordinary volume and is turning away new patients because of our large existing patient base.
• A provider friendly work schedule that allows you to customize your own practice! No call or weekends!
• Two local hospitals are very supportive and have a combined total of 30 inpatient beds.
• We are an NHSC approved site. Providers may be eligible to receive substantial loan repayment.
