Essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Initiate Quotes and review client policies for accuracy in rating, typing, endorsement forms, and coverage
• Assist clients with loss claims
• Contact client with pre-renewal information and directions
• Provide client education as needed
• Obtain information requested by the insurance carrier underwriter
• Prepare documents
• Service accounts to ensure no gaps in coverage for clients
