    M1 is looking for a Deputy Site Manager, Contract Field Teams:

    • Assists the Site Manager in the successful cost, schedule, and performance of program task order requirements.
    • Acts as the Site Manager when the Site Manager is unavailable
    • Assist and support the Site Manager in the successful operation of all aspects of company program operations to
    include Maintenance, Safety, Quality, HR, IT, Labor Relations, Business Management, and Contracts.
    • Understands both the operational and maintenance issues that must be defined and managed to ensure
    accomplishment of mission objectives.
    • Optimizes the use of personnel, equipment, and facilities while maintaining a high degree of flexibility and
    responsiveness to the customers’ needs.
    • Interfaces with the Site Manager, Functional Commander, Contracting Officer, internal and external
    customers, and higher headquarters in the execution of the task order requirements.
    • Ensures that the contract/task order is executed in a safe and efficient manner acceptable to the Government.
    • Ultimately responsible for complying with the terms of the contract and the task order.
    • Continuously interfaces and coordinates with the Quality Manager and Management Team to oversee all aspects of
    task order execution.
    • Ensures all reports required by task orders are submitted in a timely manner and In Accordance With (IAW)
    government requirements.
    • Works with the Site Manager to fill requirements in the field that may arise during task order execution.
    • Manage and direct task order Environmental, Health and Safety (ESH) programs and compliance in accordance
    with M1 procedures and policies, applicable laws, regulations, and task order requirements..
    • Attends applicable meetings as required.
    • Supports company business development efforts as needed.
    • Must deal with the customer and company employees in a courteous, professional and effective manner.
    • Represent the company in an appropriate professional manner in terms of attire, business courtesies, ethics, and
    customer culture.
    • Additional duties may include Quality Assurance (QA) and training oversight.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Additional Requirements:
    • High School diploma or GED is mandatory. A Bachelor’s Degree in an associated discipline is desirable.
    • Thorough understanding of DOD aircraft maintenance processes required.
    • Program or project management certification is highly desirable.
    • Minimum 7 years of related experience in an aircraft and maintenance support environment, including 3 years in a
    managerial capacity.
    • Must fully understand quality control procedures.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills are required.
    • Must have a working knowledge of computers (input/extract data) and basic computer software programs such as
    Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel.
    • Must speak, read, write, and understand English.
    • Obtain/maintain security clearance, DOD CAC privileges, and Special Access Badge requirements.
    • Current valid U.S. Driver’s License.
    • Must be willing and able to deal with the customer and company employees in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Must be able to meet any Government/Company licensing/qualification requirements for the position.
    • Environment ranges from office-like to hangar and flight line. Extensive sitting to climbing, standing, stooping,
    bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, and walking demands.
