Decision Support Project Specialist provides technical guidance and solutions to user groups working with decision support software and data tools. Analyzes user requirements and evaluates functionality and configuration options available for existing and new software. Being a Decision Support Project Specialist delivers user training and coaching to facilitate problem solving and decision making using hardware, software, datamarts, and data warehouses. Plans, coordinates and monitors projects to prepare, test, and deploy decision support tools, reports, dashboards and models to users. Additionally, Decision Support Project Specialist troubleshoots and resolves problems. May have specialized knowledge of a particular software product tool or module that is utilized. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Decision Support Project Specialist is a specialist on complex technical and business matters. GLG’s scheduling team is hiring part-time (~20 hours/week) work from home coordinators to join the Project Support team located in the Austin, Texas area. Scheduling Coordinators, known internally as Project Support Specialists (PSS), are responsible for scheduling phone consultations between GLG’s clients and selected Network Members, global key opinion leaders, and senior industry executives acting in a consultative capacity.
To facilitate these engagements, Scheduling Coordinators will work closely with both client-facing GLG Client Solutions professionals and GLG’s sophisticated client base, which ranges from hedge fund managers to partners at private equity firms, project managers at top-tier consulting firms and Fortune 1000 companies. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will acquire experience and expertise in client servicing and professional communication

What We Offer
The hourly rate for this role is $24 per hour.
