Decision Support Project Specialist provides technical guidance and solutions to user groups working with decision support software and data tools. Analyzes user requirements and evaluates functionality and configuration options available for existing and new software. Being a Decision Support Project Specialist delivers user training and coaching to facilitate problem solving and decision making using hardware, software, datamarts, and data warehouses. Plans, coordinates and monitors projects to prepare, test, and deploy decision support tools, reports, dashboards and models to users. Additionally, Decision Support Project Specialist troubleshoots and resolves problems. May have specialized knowledge of a particular software product tool or module that is utilized. The Faculty Recruiter will be responsible for developing recruitment marketing plans and will manage the full recruitment cycle. They will partner with the hiring manager/executive to establish position criteria/qualifications and overall talent sourcing strategy.
What you will do:
• Source potential candidates through a variety of methods. Screen potential applicant qualifications in connection with the job requirements. Select and work with third party recruiting firms to fill positions as appropriate.
• Actively search for potential candidates through online databases, academic networks, and industry events.
• Manage and administer the full recruitment life cycle for faculty, senior and difficult to recruit position openings in a consultative manner.
• Recommend improvements and strategies for reducing time-to-hire and recruitment related turnover. Review opportunities for leveraging talent acquisition expertise across the enterprise to other internal clients.
• Conducts research and analyze data pertaining to recruitment, turnover, staffing patterns, labor markets and demographics to effectively maximize utilization of resources as directed. Analyzes recruitment data to determine most cost-effective methods for developing qualified applicant pools.
• Serve as an administrator for all assigned job searches and participates in candidate interview. Provide expertise of institutional policies and guidance for interview questions, assuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years human resources experience with recruitment responsibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• 1-3 years of experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Demonstrated experience and ability with providing excellent and timely customer service.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating a high-volume workload.
Desirable Qualifications:
• Previous high volume recruiting experience.
• Experience in physician/faculty recruitment in an academic health care setting.
• Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR).
