Decision Support Project Specialist provides technical guidance and solutions to user groups working with decision support software and data tools. Analyzes user requirements and evaluates functionality and configuration options available for existing and new software. Being a Decision Support Project Specialist delivers user training and coaching to facilitate problem solving and decision making using hardware, software, datamarts, and data warehouses. Plans, coordinates and monitors projects to prepare, test, and deploy decision support tools, reports, dashboards and models to users. Additionally, Decision Support Project Specialist troubleshoots and resolves problems. May have specialized knowledge of a particular software product tool or module that is utilized. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Decision Support Project Specialist is a specialist on complex technical and business matters. ITA is seeking a Infrastructure Project Specialist in support of work at a United States Air Force operational wing. This support includes but is not limited to:
• Provide guidance, execution strategies, and implementation for maintenance and upkeep of government facilities.• Build reports on project statuses and provide updates as needed for meetings that may include General Officers, Senior Leaders, stakeholders, etc.• Maintain facility appearance and functionality standards.• Escort uncleared contracted maintenance personnel or cleaning service providers.• Coordinate maintenance support requirements and provide first-phase maintenance support for assigned government facilities.• Perform other facility maintenance related duties as required.• Coordinate and perform duties in a classified facility.• Thorough understanding of classified facility rules and escort requirements.• Familiarity with first-phase maintenance techniques (mounting fluorescent light bulbs, moving or assembling office furniture, operating a hand dolly, etc.)• Thorough understanding of safe maintenance practices, emergency planning and continuity of operations.Physical Requirements:• Sitting, Standing, Climbing, Walking, Lifting (25 Lbs), Pulling or Pushing, Carrying, Grasping, Reaching, Stooping or Crouching, Crawling, Near Acuity, Speaking, Listening, Sight, Use of Hands/Fingers to Handle/Feel.• Exposure to environmental conditions, noise, hazards.This position description is not intended as, nor should it be construed as, exhaustive of all responsibilities, skills, efforts or working conditions associated with this job.
