Decision Support Project Specialist provides technical guidance and solutions to user groups working with decision support software and data tools. Analyzes user requirements and evaluates functionality and configuration options available for existing and new software. Being a Decision Support Project Specialist delivers user training and coaching to facilitate problem solving and decision making using hardware, software, datamarts, and data warehouses. Plans, coordinates and monitors projects to prepare, test, and deploy decision support tools, reports, dashboards and models to users. Additionally, Decision Support Project Specialist troubleshoots and resolves problems. May have specialized knowledge of a particular software product tool or module that is utilized. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Decision Support Project Specialist is a specialist on complex technical and business matters. As a member of the specialty mental health services team, the Mental Health Rehab Specialist is responsible for providing Specialty Mental Health Services to youths and/or their families and/or care providers in their school, group home, and community environments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provides individual and family support services in accordance with the individualized plans.
Able to effectively engage, develop relationships with appropriate boundaries with assigned clients.
Effectively manages a flexible community based schedule.
Completes all required documentation according to Agency and program standards within required time constraints.
Is an active member of assigned treatment teams.
Meets Agency service percentage standard reflecting expected time with clients, if applicable.
