Decision Support Project Specialist provides technical guidance and solutions to user groups working with decision support software and data tools. Analyzes user requirements and evaluates functionality and configuration options available for existing and new software. Being a Decision Support Project Specialist delivers user training and coaching to facilitate problem solving and decision making using hardware, software, datamarts, and data warehouses. Plans, coordinates and monitors projects to prepare, test, and deploy decision support tools, reports, dashboards and models to users. Additionally, Decision Support Project Specialist troubleshoots and resolves problems. May have specialized knowledge of a particular software product tool or module that is utilized. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Decision Support Project Specialist is a specialist on complex technical and business matters.     About your Role :

    The Peer Support Specialist (PSS), under the supervision of the Clinical Director or Regional Director, is responsible for providing opportunities for individuals receiving services to direct their own recovery process.

    The PSS is also responsible for facilitating the development of a sense of wellness and self-worth.

    • Act as a role model to persons in recovery to inspire hope, share life experiences and lessons learned as a person in recovery;
    • Model / mentor recovery process and demonstrate coping skills;
    • Engage individuals who may be at risk and provide stage-appropriate recovery education and supports, e.g., usage of the leveling system and evidence-based practices
    • This position requires travel of approximately 50% of the time.

    Does the Following Apply to You?

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • One-year post-secondary education experience totaling 24 credit hours
