Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Business Support professional. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Duties:
- Assist in various projects & tasks related to sales as require.

• Process orders daily, keep files up to date and organized daily.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Create and maintain a positive customer service culture.
• Assist with Marketing & Social Media experience.
• Outbound calling to verify orders at the grocery store level.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to effectively build rapport with both internal and external customers.
• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to function both independently and in a team setting.
• Must be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively.
• Must have strong general computer skills, including MS Outlook and Excel.
• Must be proficient with MS Excel
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, assign effective priorities to tasks, and operate with a certain level of autonomy.
• Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.

Available to work scheduled work shift.

• Experience and Education:
• 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
