This position will be responsible for the day-to-day and weekend support for our clients. Upholds the fulfillment of Life Time Fitness Mission Statement.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Becomes an expert in proprietary technology products and services* Identifies, reproduces, and resolves technical problems as they relate to our technology* Provides training for clients on various Athlinks Products, including our timing hardware, and the registration and scoring platform* Provides daily technical support for clients through interaction via phone, emails and direct contact* Provides onsite event support and supplemental training* Seeks ways to improve current technology and business processes;
includes gathering and disseminating client feedback, tracking key issues and contributing to product development cycle* Executes product testing?
Position Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a related field* High technical aptitude* Working knowledge of Windows Networking* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, constructive working relationship* Must be willing to travel and work weekends?
Pay* Starting pay for this position starts at $21 per hour and pays up to $24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
