Additionally, Decision Support Specialist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Decision Support Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Purpose
Provide consulting services, expertise, training and troubleshooting for the sale and support of solutions enabled by the John Deere Precision Ag. Strategy and other aligned technology and applications. Serves as the primary point of contact for both customers and dealer staff as it relates to technology sales and troubleshooting information.
Responsibilities
Bonus potentially tied to the PAES (Precision Ag. Engagement Score) and other metrics.
Commission: percentage on AMS products sold by the Specialist.
