Decision Support Specialist provides guidance and solutions to users working with decision support software and data tools. Assists in the preparation, deployment, and delivery of decision support tools to users. Being a Decision Support Specialist analyzes user requirements and evaluates functionality and configuration options available for existing and new software. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Decision Support Specialist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Decision Support Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. This position is NOT remote and requires working onsite weekly.
All candidates must be local the Pensacola, FL area.
Description: Call center production environment, auto-dialer making outbound calls, will receive in-bound calls. Early stage collections (1-30 days late), 80-120 calls per day.
Responsibilities
Experience and Qualifications:
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week. Monday-Saturday
Monday-Friday: Multiple Shifts; Saturday's 8am-4:30pm (ALL Saturday's required)
Will have a rotating off day during the week due to working on a Saturday
**MUST be available to work holidays
Training: 4 Weeks Hybrid 2 days a week onsite: Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm CST
4 weeks technical training: taught phone etiquette, navigation, empathy—first three days are on site, technical training is then hybrid, 2 days a week onsite.
Up to 4 weeks after technical training is nesting led by leadership team to develop skills. Nesting is ON SITE for up to 4 weeks.
