As a Deli Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving deli items, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting deli items
- Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other deli products according to customer preferences
- Ensure food safety and proper handling of all deli products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, including cleaning equipment and utensils
- Stock shelves and display cases with fresh deli items
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving complaints, and offering product recommendations

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in the food industry or deli is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with A POS system is a plus

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
