Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of deli products, including sandwiches, salads, and hot food items
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their orders and answering any questions they may have
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, including food preparation surfaces, equipment, and utensils
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety of our customers and compliance with health regulations
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Stock shelves and refrigerated cases with deli products as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines and regulations
- Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is beneficial
