Bellini's Counter is seeking qualified candidates to begin training for the role of General Manager.

We are seeking individuals with the ability to lead a team and take responsibility for all areas of the stores operations under the guidance of the district manager, training managers and corporate leadership.

This candidate will work collaboratively with the director of operations, area manager and management teams to oversee staff, processes and operations of this restaurant.

The ideal candidate will have food service leadership experience with a proven track record of success across core responsibilities including but not limited to: Reaching financial goals, kitchen / front of house operations and general operational efficiency.

An ideal candidate will be a friendly individual with the skills and experience (however we are willing to train those with the right attitude and mindset) necessary to help us grow as we continue our expansion both within and outside of our current market in the capital region.

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
• Work with our leadership team to meet sales goals

• Monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary
• Manage and maintain safe working conditions
• Lead a team crew members in a manner that maximizes staff retention
• Interview and hire new team members
• Provide proper training for team members and shift leaders
• Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
• Ensure continual improvement of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• College or University Degree preferred - prior managerial experience can substitute for the experience on a year by year basis
• 2 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
