Duties:
-Consistently achieve department and personal sales goals- daily, weekly, monthly and annually
-Lead the successful execution of all programmed and store created event and activities delivering sales goals
-Display business agility and flawless execution to drive sales through animation and events
-Ensure proper department merchandising, presentation, cleanliness and organization
-Communicates regularly with vendors to negotiate and secure resources and support needed to grow your business
-Display good judgment and model elevated customer service
-Attend Dillard's and vendor training events; model demonstration techniques and service expectations to your team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in basic math for budgeting and financial analysis purposes
- Creative thinker with a passion for branding and marketing strategies
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
