Additionally, Deli Counter Manager requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. - Process parts orders and coordinate with the service department for timely delivery
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and department success
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a parts counter or automotive industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of truck and trailer parts is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing excellent customer service
