Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to oversee and manage our company's manufacturing operations. The Director of Operations will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, drive business growth, and ensure the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth
- Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and quality control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
- Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities for growth
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a senior leadership role

- Excellent leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term plans and execute them effectively
- Proficient in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
