Design Director directs and oversees CAE technical and team capability to support product, component, or structure design. Provides expertise and technical leadershipfor benchmarking, concept design, prototype development, simulation, testing protocols, and optimization utilizing CAE design and analysis techniques and tools. Being a Design Director develops and optimizes CAE methodology, including guidelines and standards, to increase design process efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Additionally, Design Director typically reports to senior management. The Design Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Design Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic, Carpet Installers to join the Interiors by Design team. Your talents are needed to install a variety of flooring materials including but not limited too stretch carpet, modular carpet, and other rolled flooring materials for various residential, commercial and industrial applications. Other duties may include demolition/removal of existing floors, cleaning and prepping floors to receive new products.

Requirements include: Valid driver's license, able to work Monday through Friday, pass a background check.
2-3 Years of Prefered Experience Should Include:
- Install various types of flooring materials, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit the designated area
- Remove existing flooring and prepare the subfloor for installation
- Use hand tools and power tools to install flooring materials
- Apply adhesive, seam and secure flooring materials in place
- Trim and finish edges of flooring materials as needed
