Design Director jobs in Chillicothe, OH

Since 1945, Carver Community Center has served the underserved populations of Chillicothe, Ross County through childcare, youth development and enrichment programs, soup kitchen, community meeting space, and help accessing community resources. The director will oversee staff and their development, child care compliance and quality, programing, fundraising, seeking and meeting grant requirements, financial compliance, and community relations and work with the Carver Community Center Board to continue the Center’s long history serving the community.

Qualifications include:

· Management experience and familiarity with budgets

· Meet ODJFS’s required qualifications for a Child Care Administrator [OAC 5101:2-12- 07 Appendix A]

· 3-5 years childcare experience

· Familiarity with ODJFS’s “Step Up to Quality".

· Grant and fundraising experience

· Effective individual and community communication skills

· Demonstrated desire to help those in need

· Pass background check
