Design Director directs and oversees CAE technical and team capability to support product, component, or structure design. Provides expertise and technical leadershipfor benchmarking, concept design, prototype development, simulation, testing protocols, and optimization utilizing CAE design and analysis techniques and tools. Being a Design Director develops and optimizes CAE methodology, including guidelines and standards, to increase design process efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Additionally, Design Director typically reports to senior management. The Design Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Design Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced BCBA contractors to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct behavior analysis services and support to clients and their families
- Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Fluency with Central Reach
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
