Responsibilities

We are looking for a stellar and highly motivated Sales Director to join our leadership team in the Bay Area to develop and grow our ASIC business within the Semiconductor/Hyperscaler ecosystem. This is a highly impactful and influential role with significant upside prospects for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be a A player with a Hunter mindset and should have sold into Semiconductor or Hyperscaler accounts with a focus n strategic customer relationship and opportunities.

Requirements

• 12 to 15 years of experience working with or selling into top tier1 semiconductor/Hyperscaler accounts. Should have sold at VP/GM levels.
• Deep understanding of the ASIC/Chip market landscape, including emerging technologies, trends and competitors.
• Experience working in newly emerging technologies such as AI/ML, 5G, graphics, cloud, ADAS, etc.
• Experience working on turnkey and ODC opportunities for SOCs and embedded software.
• Experience in creating new accounts and keeping relationship to grow current accounts.
• Proven track record of success in driving new business development and achieving sales targets, particularly within the hyperscaler / Chip industry segment.
• Established network of contacts within hyperscaler companies and ASIC/chip manufacturers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Must be local to Silicon Valley
