A sign-on bonus between $5k and $8k is available to new employees that accept full-time positions!  The bonus amount will be based on individual qualifications.

Responsibilities and Skills

We have an immediate opportunity for the right candidate in our growing civil engineering practice in Kansas City, Missouri. This individual must have previous experience in the design of site development, land development or municipal infrastructure projects, and must be able to plan, develop, and direct engineering projects varying in size and complexity. The successful candidate must be able to earn the confidence of our clients through elegant, practical and timely engineering solutions. Additional qualities of the ideal candidate include:

• Proficient technical knowledge of engineering systems, materials, and procedures
• Proficient communication, leadership and client relationship skills
• Willingness to accept increasing levels of responsibility, and demonstration of continued and progressive technical and leadership experience
• Understanding and awareness of project budgets and profitability
• Knowledge and understanding of U.S. and local design codes and standards
