Job Title: Junior Project Manager
Job Summary:
As a Junior Project Manager, you will be an integral part of overseeing and supporting logistics operations and projects throughout their lifecycle. Collaborating closely with Event Coordinators, clients, internal teams, and vendors, you will contribute to the successful execution of projects while meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
Junior PM will collaborate with graphics team to conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs for various events with 3D renders, CAD drafts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in managing logistics projects from inception to completion, supporting logistics, execution, and evaluation phases.
· Contribute to the development of comprehensive project plans, timelines, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
· Collaborate with the Event Coordinator to understand client requirements, event objectives, and logistical needs.
· Support the development of logistical plans for each event, including transportation, venue setup, equipment rentals, and vendor coordination.
· Assist in overseeing venue logistics, floorplans, and load-in/load-out schedules to optimize space and flow.
· Aid in monitoring project progress, identifying deviations from the plan, and contributing to corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
· Support regular communication with designers, providing updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
· Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
· Contribute to evaluating project performance areas for improvement and supporting in implementing process enhancements.
· Assist in managing designers' calendars and administrative tasks such as auditing invoices, rental management, contracts, payments, sales tracking, photo outreach, inquiries, and basecamp updates.
· Prepare and optimize designs for both format print and digital platforms.
· Collaborate with the creative designers to understand design requirements for upcoming events.
· Create a wide range of visual materials, renderings, 3D renderings, Scale and Spatial experience, CAD drafts
Qualifications:
· High School diploma/GED Required
· Proven experience in logistics management, project management, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external personnel
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
· Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing event related design work in 3D renders and CAD drafts
Physical Requirements:
· Work on your feet for up and or stationary at least 10 hours a day
· Seize, grasp, bend, pull, crouch, climb ladders, kneel
· Lift, carry, move, pull at least 50 pounds
Pay Range: $26-$32 per hour
