Job Responsibilities / Expectations:

• Attending internal meetings as well as meeting with clients, weekly.
• Scheduling and leading maintenance in our internal system.
• Fee preparation, PO approval & storage and invoice approval,
• Accounts Receivable support.
• Weekly correspondence with clients for kickoff meetings, status updates and issues resolution.
• Team follow-ups, project kick-offs, and check-in’s to ensure that all projects are resourced and on track.
• Maintenance and data entry into our internal software.
• Server folder organization and maintenance, electronic filing.
• Handling of research and resolution of code rejections.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• 3 years of project management experience
• 3 Years of AutoCAD experience (residential CAD experience a plus)
• Construction/Drafting industry experience
• 3 Years of client/customer service and management
• Organized, detailed orientated, and process driven
• Must be able to work in person in our Oldsmar, FL office up to 40 hours per week
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams
