Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a background in heavy civil projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage heavy civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, monitoring progress for timely completion and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to facilitate efficient project execution and resolve conflicts.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil construction.
• Proven experience in heavy civil construction project management.
• Strong understanding of construction project management principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
