Under the direction of the Vice President of Design and Construction, Project Manager will work with Foxwoods Resort Casino leadership to plan, develop and manage capital improvement projects. The individual will coordinate project related activities for stakeholders, design and construction team members, commissioning agents, and all other consultants involved with project delivery. In addition to managing technical and administrative project aspects, the project manager will also participate in managing budgetary and schedule risk during all project phases. Bachelor degree from an accredited architectural, engineering, construction management or business program. Master level degree in construction management preferred. Must have a minimum of six (6) years of related work experience with a focus on interior renovations. Experience coordinating with property management and facilities management. Experience with building access security including card readers, door hardware, & camera installations. Must have multi-phased project experience in occupied building environments. Must have multi-phased project logistics & schedule development experience. Experience with code and regulatory compliance improvement projects. Construction contract negotiation experience. Oversight of projects that employ the following methods of delivery: Construction Manager at Risk, Lump Sum General Contractor and direct subcontractor performance. Prior employment as an Owner's Project Manager.
