As an Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with, consult, and support faculty (credit and non-credit) as well as staff in the development of instructional strategies, assessment techniques, and the appropriate integration of instructional technologies to enhance pedagogy and improve student learning. You will support face-to-face, blended, and online courses with a specific emphasis on promoting Universal Design for Learning (UDL) strategies.

In this role you will collaborate with other Faculty Success Center staff to develop and facilitate professional development opportunities supporting instructional design, UDL, and developing accessible materials.

You may serve on committees such as the Institutional Learning Outcomes Assessment committee to assist faculty on program assessment and student learning outcomes assessment strategies.

Additional responsibilities as follows:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design and Educational Technology or other related field as well as at least two years experience using a learning management system for instructional and course and/or program development.
