Stage To Move is a home staging and design firm specializing in the luxury market.

We offer a full suite of services and aim to cater to each need in the home selling process as well as interior design.

Our 5 unique services include:

• Concierge services- These services aides the client in the removal of items from the home prior to selling. This includes: online auctions, packing, shredding, disposal, and more.
• Project Management and Updating: This service helps to restore the home in areas that need preparation for selling. For example, painting, flooring, lighting, renovations, and hardware selections.
• Home Staging - This stage involves furnishing and accessorizing a home to create market appeal and lifestyle advantage.
• Design Services- We offer design and interior services to our clients who might not be moving but want a refresh or complete new look.
• Turn-Key Design Services- This luxury service is used by many of our clients who have purchased a second home or who have limited time and need "the full monty". Meaning, furniture (interior and exterior), towels, kitchen items, grand pianos, and more. We literally prepare the entire home from top to bottom and the client arrives with their luggage. It's the ultimate in luxury.

With all of the services that Stage To Move offers there is room to grow and lots of potential. The key is an understanding of design, systems, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills.

The candidate that will work best will have the following skillset:

• Must intuitively understand space planning, color, and design styles.
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Ability to work individually and with the team
• Experience and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ever-changing dead-lines
• Excellent attention to detail is needed at all jobs, along with good time management skills. The candidate must be also able to problem solve and think on his or her feet.
• Must be friendly and a positive can-do person.
• Computer literate (Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint) and be able to learn and adapt to design software and new technology.

Responsibilities for Interior Design Include:

• Assist with Consultations, as well as follow up and assist with proposal creation.
• Manages small and medium sized projects to completion, including work performed by internal and external resources.
• Understanding the nuances of the luxury industry.
• Source and chose furniture and accessory pieces for staging projects.
• Style and accessorize interior spaces.
• Organizing inventory and managing our supply needs on a weekly basis.
• Coordinates project teams to ensure timely completion of documents.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods of time, climb, bend and maneuver up and downstairs.
• Occasional shopping with a company credit card for decor, towels, and other items as needed.
• Determining furniture placement with logistics crew.
• Hold a current drivers license and provide your own transportation to and from the warehouse and job sites

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
