Project Follow-Up:

- Collaborate with senior designers to translate conceptual ideas into detailed and comprehensive drawings.
- Utilize design software to produce high-quality drawings that meet project requirements.
Drawing Accuracy and Completion:
- Ensure that drawings meet a higher standard of accuracy and completeness.
- Take necessary steps to eliminate errors and inconsistencies in drawings.
- Work towards finalizing drawings within specified deadlines for internal and client reviews.
- Collaborate with the team to address feedback and make necessary revisions to enhance drawing quality.
- Works well as part of a collaborative team, coordinating with owners, architects, general contractors, procurement, and in-house project managers.
- Operates within timely schedules to meet deadlines.
- Makes selections based on brand and owner preferences, designing solutions that best fit the project and region, including furniture, materials, décor, and finishes.
- Works within budget constraints.
- Prepares and participates in client presentations.
- Constructs interior design drawing sets, including plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Conducts space planning and takeoffs.
- Assembles specification books for each project to send to owners and general contractors.
- Assists in maintaining the sample library.
- Gathers quotes through communication with vendors.
- Possesses a good eye for color and textures.
- Stays updated on industry trends.
- Assists in day-to-day office task.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited University.
- Proficiency in Revit, AuotCAD Architecture, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign required; Proficiency in Lumion or other 3D modeling/rendering software preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and comprehensive drawings.
- Effective communication skills for maintaining regular project updates and collaborating with team members.
- Proactive approach to assist with project management, with a focus on meeting timelines and addressing potential challenges.
- Enthusiasm for learning and implementing design best practices under the guidance of senior designers.
