Growing company in Central Texas is looking for an Instructional Designer to join the team in Belton, Texas. This role will work with various business leaders to determine training needs and gaps, then create training courses that will help employees achieve their career goals - all while achieving organizational goals. This position will be responsible for utilizing multiple delivery techniques, such as in-person facilitation, video, virtual, and gamification to meet objectives.

This position is not eligible for hybrid or remote work and will be on-site full time, Monday through Friday.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, UI/UX or related field.
• No less than 3 years' experience designing eLearning using authoring tools.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Extensive knowledge of adult learning theory and the ability to transfer concepts and ideas into learning design.
