Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging digital experiences that align with our brand identity.

Duties:
- Design and develop responsive websites that meet client requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, target audience, and user requirements
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts
- Implement design elements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve website functionality
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design

Skills:
- Proficient in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Sketch
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices
- Knowledge of motion graphics and graphic design principles
- Experience with prototyping tools like Balsamiq or InVision
- Familiarity with layout design and typography principles
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Ability to create visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React is a plus

Pay: $21.17 - $25.49 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
